Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories included.

Return Process

  2. Once reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and our return shipping address.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for shipment. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to be defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, flavor filter pods (Flavor Pods) cannot be returned if the original sealed packaging has been opened.
